BGS Pro Tuning takes every measure to ensure care during tuning, remapping, DPF-related services, and all other work carried out on your vehicle. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss due to the circumstances set out below.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any damage or loss arising from:

• Pre-existing faults — whether known or unknown to you or to us at the time of service. These may only become apparent during or after our work.
• Unsuccessful service attempts — where we are unable to complete a tune, repair, or modification due to vehicle-specific limitations, access issues, or technical constraints.
• Use of the vehicle with unresolved issues — driving the vehicle with known faults, warning lights, or outstanding repairs that have not been addressed.
• Any action taken on the basis of our advice or diagnostics — recommendations are given in good faith but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Recommendations and results

All recommendations are based on our technicians’ expertise and the information you provide about your vehicle and its history. Results may vary and may not reflect manufacturer policy or warranty terms. Although we make every effort to service your vehicle to a high standard, outcomes can be affected by hidden conditions, previous modifications, or the condition of components we do not directly service.

Service charges

Service charges are non-refundable even if the issue is found to lie outside the scope of the work agreed, or if a fault cannot be resolved. This includes diagnostic time, labour, and any attempt to complete a service that does not achieve the desired result due to factors beyond our control.

After service

We recommend following your vehicle manufacturer’s guidelines after any tuning or modification work. It is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle remains roadworthy and compliant with applicable laws, including emissions and MOT requirements where relevant.
